For orders $100 and above, free shipping will automatically be applied during check out.

For specific time delivery, please opt for Express Delivery.

For orders below $100, a $10 delivery fee will be charged.

For restricted delivery such as to:

Sentoa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Keppel Shipyard, Benoi Sector, Airline Road, Neo Tiew rd, Jalan Bahar, etc

will have additional delivery fee of $8.

For orders under $100 + restricted delivery, the total delivery charges will be $10 + $8 = $18

For orders above $100 with restricted delivery, the extra charges will be $8 for delivery.

What are the delivery options available?
We deliver islandwide daily.Do check out our Islandwide Delivery section under More Information.
Do we accept international orders?
We do. But we only deliver within Singapore.Do contact our customer service via Whatsapp at +65 8875 1069 if you require any assistance.
Can you provide free shipping or waive my delivery charges?

Yes. All delivery charges are waived with minimum spending of SGD 100

What are the available time ranges for Normal Delivery?

Each delivery will be an allocated 4-hour time slot. Last order cut-off at 5.30 pm.

Are you able to deliver within a specified hour timeslot?
Yes, we offer an Island-Wide Specific Hour Delivery Service. Do select the option when you check out.
Orders and Payments
How do I know if my order placed online is confirmed?
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with an attached invoice showing an Order Reference Number. Should we need any clarifications for your order, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you with the number you provided.
Cancellation and Changes to Order by Customer
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once the order has been made, no cancellation is allowed. Cancellation might result in 100% of the order being charged. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Problems with Order
If any problems are faced with your order, do contact us at admin@thedurianbakery.com.sg to let us know of your problem. Replacement and compensation will be made on a case-by-case basis. However, please make sure to contact us immediately when you receive your product, with a picture, as we cannot ascertain the validity of your claim if done after a length of time.
Refunds & Replacement
Due to our large volume of enquiries, please do allow us 3-5 working days to process your refund/replacement. We will always strive to maintain our great service by doing our best to do so within the same day. However, we have to ensure that no customer is left out.
Cancellation of Order by The Durian Bakery
The Durian Bakery reserves the right to cancel any order by giving advance notice. A full refund will be provided in such cases. This is due to our fruits at our plantation being subject to strict quality control, failing which we might have to cancel your order to ensure that you do not get a defective product. Please understand that all cancellations are made for the good of the customer.
General
How long are my cakes good for?
As all our cakes do not contain any preservatives, they are best consumed within the same day.
Are all baked goods safe for vegetarians or halal?

Unfortunately, we are not halal certified.

However, do note that only the Mousse, Pudding and Tarts are not suitable for Vegetarians and Muslim friends as they contain Gelatin.

Do also note that most of our products contain Eggs and are prepared in the kitchen that also prepares products containing Gelatin.

Rest assured, all equipment is washed thoroughly before and after baking.

Do you provide cake writing service?
Due to the high demand for our cakes, we are unable to continue this service.
